Ever since I started using ethernet I have been unable to use wifi at all. I can't even see it on the quick settings or in settings as a whole almost as if the computer has forgotten that there exists wifi on it. Neither does wifi pop up in the device manager at all.(for some reason I was unable to upload a picture)I've tried resetting my internet connection to the default settings, nothingTwo seperate drivers and nothing changedI've also tried restaring the computer numerous times to no result
