Ethernet keeps saying no connection

Yesterday all of a sudden my Ethernet connection stopped working. Every time I restart my pc or run a diagnose it starts working but only for a minute or two and then it goes back to saying no internet. The issue isn’t with my Ethernet cable because I used the cable on my other laptop and it works fine. I’ve tried almost every possible solution. I’ve uninstalled my drivers, flushed the dns, changed my dns, did almost all the console commands and it still does the same thing
