I have a Gaming PC connected with a Ethernet Cable with Windows 11 pro every pc componint installed, sofrware and driver works fine and about a week ago or so I went on my pc and the network icon said 'Action Needed No Internt and also when i clck on the Ethernet Settings it says " Action Needed No Internet Open Browser and Connect. I have tried every option there is out there. Yesterday I had tried the Active Probe and it acctualy fixed the Action with No internet and it showed the Ethernet Icon but then i still have no Internet even though the Ethernet Icon Pops up.
