Ethernet disconnecting at specific time every day.

hey microsoft,ive been having issues with my ethernet disconnecting at 11pm for a while now. i don't know when it reconnects again but when i wake up its connected again.ive looked at this post: Redirecting, but none of the tips helped. (Im using windows 11). I don't know if this is an ethernet or windows problem.
