Ethernet connection is slow after updated to recent window updates

I recently noticed that my PC Ethernet speed is way slower than what it was originally when I had used it. I have it plugged into this wifi extender next to my pc bcs I can’t hook it up to my router. It been only my pc because My ps5 speed is great. I’ve tried using the Ethernet my ps5 using and it didn’t really make any difference, so I at least know it’s not the cable. I then tried updating and restarting network drivers, nothing. Then tried using the CMDs and didn’t work either. I’ve tried going to my manufacturer driver’s and didn’t fix it.
