Ethernet Cable not detected after windows update

Hi all,I have recently ran into a problem with my new computer. I am using a Gigabyte X870 Aorus Elite WIFI7 ICE motherboard with a Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller for ethernet. When I first was using the computer everything was working fine and all of a sudden yesterday after the new windows update my computer has been unable to recognise my ethernet cable.I have tested with multiple ethernet cables, different routers, restarted my router and PC, conducted a network reset, typed the recommended commands into cmd, tried using newer and older versions of my drivers for the ethernet port a
