Hey All,
Been having a problem lately (last month or two) with my Ethernet adapter never working when I first boot up my computer. After it boots up, I just get the Unidentified Connection for my Ethernet adapter and all I have to do is reset the adapter to get it working again but after several months of doing that every day when I boot my PC, it's getting a bit tiresome. The interesting thing is that Wifi works just fine whenever I boot up, as well as if I restart my computer instead of shutting down, it still works fine. The issue also persists if I put my computer to sleep. I tried enabling/disabling fast boot but that seemed to fix the problem only for a couple days after which it would revert back to not working. I have also tried re-installing my drivers and updating Windows which also has not seemed to fix the issue. I'm at a loss with what to try next. Any help would be much appreciated!
