My internet kept going off and on while I was playing games so I went to the control panel and disabled ethernet and tried to re-enable it, however, it would not let me re-enable it and whenever I pressed it, it stayed as disabled. I restarted my PC because I thought that might fix the issue however when I loaded it back up the ethernet option was no longer there in settings or in adapter settings in control panel.
