Ethernet adapter not responding after launching VRChat

my ethernet will not respond or shut itself down / just dont want to work whenever i launch VRChat.I tried reinstalling it, delete the Appdata files, update windows, reinstall the network adapter and this still persist.No one have any idea whats going on and only that particular game will cost my ethernet to go malfunction.If anyone knows whats going on.. pls do help.
