I have attempted to create a windows installation USB, but the tool said it failed. When i went to try and redo the install however I discovered that it had left some files on my USB drive. When I tried to format the USB drive to restart the process it says that it is write protected. I cannot remove this in the properties and using diskpart it says it clears the attributes successfully but when listing attributes 'current read-only state' is still a yes despite read-only state being a no. I have also tried to us regedit to clear it and did not have a StorageDeviceProperties, so I created one
