I encountered several problems following the upgrade. Apps such as Store not working etc. After trying numerous suggested fixes I eventually reset the windows 10 installation on my Acer laptop. This resolved the apps issue but generated further issues with sound and mouse drivers. I eventually resolved the wireless mouse issue but have been unable to resolve the sound issue. I have a Realtek HD Audio Driver which when I try to update tells me that it is the latest version and that it is working correctly and on testing that seems to be the case. However whilst system sounds appear to be normal when running some apps for example Duolingo the sound does not work. A number of app were removed during the reset but nothing that I recognise would affect my sound. Does anyone have any suggested fixes?
