Error with Windows update, Dsim and Sfc commands

I have several problems I tried to update windows but it said error (0x800700c1). Then I tried sfc /scannow command and it said "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service".Then the DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command said error: 193 " %1 is not a valid Win32 application".At this point I think is a corrupted files issue.If someone could help me I would be very grateful.Thanks.
