Error with Windows 11 Activation

The computer I'm working with is having some unknown problem activating. There have been a few fixes I've tried like removing the key via Command Prompt and reassigning it, using a dummy key for activation offline and online, resetting and updating between these tests, and of course running the generic troubleshooter, but none of these have brought about any positive results.The error is:We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license key, select Troubleshoot below. Error code: 0xC004C003Windows 11
