Error while updating from Win 10 to Win 11

Hello. When updating to Win 11, when the system tries to boot up it puts me in a blue screen of death loop for about 5 times and after that everything gets reverted back.Edit: already updated win 10 to latest, updated all drivers, removed all corrupted ones, unplugged all devices/usb when updating, tried safe booting, clean booting, updating bios, resetting bios to defaults, uninstalling external antivirus programs, turning off all services...when I run SetupDiag i get this log: Matching Profile found: FindRollbackFailure - 3A43C9B5-05B3-4F7C-A955-88F991BB5A48SetupDiag version: 1.7.0.0System I
