Error while trying to access bitlocker recovery key from Microsoft Account

I need to access data from an SSD drive of a dead laptop. I am using an SSD enclosure connected to another laptop for this purpose but I receive a prompt to enter a 48-digit bit locker key.When I go to my microsoft account options and view details of the dead laptop, there is an option to view the bitlocker key, but when I select that option I am repeatedly given an error of the following:"TraceID: 1vzI7HTEx0Gzybb5.12.87Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us."Can someone help me in this regard?
