Error while activating Windows 11 after HW change

I upgraded my PC from B550A, 5800x3D, DDR4 to X870, 9800x3D, DDR5. I know that after motherboard change, I need to reactivate Windows, so I bought key, activated it and it threw an error 0xc0ea000a. Then I clicked the troubleshoot button which said I changed hardware, what a surprise. I clicked the text on the bottom where it says "I changed hardware recently" (I don't know what it says specifically because I have Windows in czech language).
