Error when updating new graphics card drivers - Unhandled exception has occurred in your application microsoft .net framework

Good morning, I don't know if anyone could please help me but I've recently upgraded my graphics card and CPU and whenever I try to update my graphic card (4070ti super) drivers I get the error above as well as the full message below. I've tried doing a fresh install of Windows 10 with the creation tool as well as all the Windows updates but it still pops up every time I do a fresh install of the drivers. I have checked all the .net features are turned on and the boxes are checked. I also ran the netfix repair tool and it is still throwing the error. I'm a bit of a loss so any help would be ap
