Error when shutting down/restarting windows 11: schtasks.exe gives error 0x0000142

Occasionally, not always, when I shut down or restart Windows 11, I will get an error message from schtasks.exe, the Task Scheduler, saying "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application."This does NOT prevent the shut down process, it just flashes on the screen, nor does it seem to be affecting normal Task Scheduler operation, as I can confirm it works normally, or appears to at least. This error creates no entries in the Event Viewer, and upon running sfc /scannow I get "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.". Addit
