Error when installing a program - "The specified path F:/Roaming/Microsoft is unavailable."

When trying to download Davinci Resolve, it says "The specified path F:/Roaming/Microsoft is unavailable." The path exists, and I have tried restoring corrupted files and registry values, I have ran the install/uninstall troubleshooter, have tried installing different versions of the app, yet nothing has worked. Can someone please help me?
