Error when disabling Windows Sandbox

[Windows Server]

I had a problem when I closing Windows Sandbox it said "Undoing changes we couldn't complete the features don't turn off your computer" this made me worried bc I couldn't use Android Emulator on my laptop (LD PLayer)So pls help me! I need help!!! but I can turn off Hyper-V if Sandbox is on and I can turn off Sandbox if Hyper-V is on (the emulator require to turn off all of them)
