Error when attempting to upgrade to Windows 11 - 0xC1900101- 0x40021

[Windows 10]

Attempted update to Windows 11 (from Windows 10) using Windows11InstallationAssistant. Upon restart of PC, gets hung up on "Working on updates" for hours (stuck at 30%). Eventually I have to shut down the PC forcefully.Have already verified that my PC meets the minimum requirements, though I did have to enable TPM 2.0 via my bios prior to being allowed to upgrade.Attaching the zipped 'Panther' and 'Rollback' folders from C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources, as i've seen this asked for in other posts.Rollback.zipPanther.zip
