Error: Traditional Chinese IME is not ready yet

Hello,I've been trying to install the Tranditional Chinese Bopomofo but it always shows up 'Traditional Chinese IME is not ready yet' even thought I've installed everything it asked for. The keyboard troubleshooting does not solve this issue either.It's urgent for me to use this Bopomofo keyboard and I'm wondering if getting an addtional keyboard (hardware) will help even though the IME is not ready.Thanks!
