Error "System detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application" preventing start-up

Hi so my computer recently auto updated overnight which had cause issues with my pc starting up. It causes it to have a black screen and after some time an error message pops up saying how the log in up application is causing an overrun of stack-based buffer. I had seen some other postings online how to resolve this but i cannot find the windows 10 ISO that is supposedly supposed to repair this issue. Would be appreciated to get an updated resolution on this issue, thanks.
