Windows 10 Pro 64bitVersion 22H2OS build 19045.5371I'm signed in as the "Administrator" on my PC. I need to download a new program but get the following error message. "YOU DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO SAVE IN THIS LOCATION. " C Drive Program Files Have tried ICACLS * /T /Q /C /RESET Access is denied returned in CMD. Does anyone have a solution?
