Error message - The server storage quota has been exceeded.

On excel, on a few files, I have started receiving this error message. However, I have only used 64GB of the 1TB OneDrive storage. If a save a copy to my Desktop, which syncs to OneDrive, I dont receive the message. It seems to on shared folders, and all those on the shared folder, are on MS365 subs.
