Error message on startup

Dear supportAttached is the error message I have attempted to resolve this as its Malwarebytes that has the issue with this, I have scanned and "quarantined" the file however i still get the same message when i restart my pc. I've done some looking on previous support chats and i can't find many other solutions. Im not hugely technical so im not sure if this is having any actual affect on my pc in a negative mannor but i know the message pops up every time i load up, malwarebytes has flagged it as a "Trojan.MisplacedLegit.Autolt", Im not sure what else i can do but agian i have followed steps
