Error message: Do you trust this file?

Using New Office 365 to open Excel or Word, I get an error message; Do you trust this file? Also, it opens a blank file with error messages about opening duplicate files. When I use the desktop app, there is no problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 365, but the problem remains.
