Error in win 11 OS after reinstall.

I have upgraded from Win 10 to Win 11 and after the installation the drop-down box with the 3 dots pops up instead of down and goes up off the screen when Explorer is fully expanded. I thought it was an installation error, so I reinstalled the OS again with the same problem again. My computer is compatible with Win 11 according to Pc Health check,
