Error in installation of Windows 10 Error code:0x80190197-0x90017

I have an an laptop Asus-F501A. which I bought in 2013 with windows7 home -basic. Now I tried to upgarde my windows7 home -basic to Windows10. i downloaded "GetWindows10-Web_Default_Attr" as soon as , i run it i get error Error code:0x80190197-0x90017. what is the problem and solution.
