Error in Event Viewer - Event ID 300 Microsoft Office 16 Alerts on Windows 11

I would appreciate any assistance with this error. I am consistently getting an error (every day, several times a day) in Event Viewer with Event ID 300 with the Source reported as Microsoft Office 16 Alerts. I am using Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016. The General Notes state:Failed to parse element: RequirementsId=87b35109-b1d7-4cdf-9cbb-84c1d946d22b, DisplayName=CV Surveys Win32, Provider=Amplify Signals and Insights Team, StoreType=SdxRdx, StoreId=(null)P1: Apps for OfficeP2: 16.0.15330.2
