error fingerprint sign in

Hello, i have a problem with fingerprint sign in, after update and i restart my laptop, my fingerprint option is not unavailable. So i go to sign in option for rechange my fingerprint sign in, but it's not working, why? i clicked it and get started and then enter my PIN, but after that nothing happened? what i should i do
