error EA App ec:104 After the last update

I had installed the ea program before this update and it was running without any problems.But after this update it didn't work at all even after deleting and reinstalling the app.It gives the error ec:104؛An error that says the application's background services are down, when it isn't.I have tried all possible ways and I am sure that the problem is from the latest Windows update
