ERROR DURING WINDOWS MEDIA CREATION TOOL INSTALLATION / USB PROBLEM

Hi, I wanted to do a clean reinstall of windows on my PC, so I did the following:-1: I bought a new 64GB USB 3.0 -2: I install the Windows 11 tool on the USB from the official Windows website WINDOWS TOOL ERRORThe tool was installing when the following error appeared: 0x800706be - 0xa001b USB PROBLEMI closed the program and tried opening the USB. Now in file explorer, when I click on the USB stick it tells me to format the disk.
