Error Code )x800704b3 Network path error

I have windows 11 on my new computer via upgrade. For example, when clicking on my HULU app from my taskbar or start menu, I get the following error code 0x800704b3 "the network path was either typed incorrectly, does not exist, or the network provider is not currently available. Please try retyping the path or contact your network administrator". Of course, I am clicking on the icon so I am not typing the pathway but it does bring up file it is going to.... Windows cannot access C:\Program Fles (X86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\pwahelper.exe this happens for all apps except my Microsof
