Error code when i input my pin in my laptop

Hey there!I have a Samsung galaxy book. Not sure if the model number. I've been logging in using my fingerprint for some time now but it has stopped working. When i go to input my pin it gives me the message: "something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (code: 0xd0000225). Restart your device to see if they fixes the problem." That doesn't work. I've also read the other people's questions with the tech support writing back saying to hold down the shift key while restarting and that does nothing, as well. My password doesn't work and i don't remember (i guess) the answers to the security
