Error Code 80242006 when trying to install update KB935280

I'm trying to install the windows update KB935280 on Vista home premium (an
upgrade from xp home) and I have tried multiple times, but keep receiving the
same error code 80242006 which I cannot find any information on. Can anyone
please help me install this update? Thanks.
