Error code 39: mouse cursor/mouse not working at all

Hello, I’m having a issue with my mouse I was randomly just on my browser then my mouse just completely stopped working and the cursor disappeared, I had reset my computer after I saw it disappeared thinking that would fix it.Later to realize it did not fix it, so I started to look into it more and looked up a couple videos on how to fix it, in summary they told me to go to device manager and try to delete the drivers on the HID-mouse thing, I did just that, then reset my pc again and still nothing works.
