Error code 0xc000000f

I was using diskgenius to change my os configuration to my ssd but when doing so only made it big enough for the HDD space used to be the amount and thought I could do it again to make the os use all the space on my ssd but by doing so I must have screwed the boot setup on it and now takes me to the recovery where I can only access my gigabyte bios and that's it. I'm currently downloading windows 11 media on a USB to see if that works but I'm worried I lost all my files on the PC or broke it completely from my actions. Can you help
