Error Code: 0x803d0014 repeatedly when trying to synchronise local Onenote with Personal Onedrive

Until recently I'd never seen this error, or for that matter any other named one with my MS Onenote 2016 Professional Plus edition. Now it's happening all the time.I created a new local onenote notebook and wanted to move it to onedrive to be able to synchronise with Onenote on an Android mobile device, but trying to move it to Onedrive I get this error.The community threads suggest this is a temporary timing issue, but in the last week I'm seeing it all the time, although my Android instance of Onenote can synch successfully still with other notebooks already on my Onedrive.How to resolve?
