Error Code 0x80190194

My dad passed away 3 years ago (4 this November) and he left me his little HP all in one. I have not had the heart to remove his info and do not wish to. I can sign in to his computer so there is no problem there. The problem is I added my account to the computer and it use to work fine, but now when I try to sign in it asks me to create a PIN and when I do it says "Something went wrong" and every time I hit retry it says the same thing, and if I hit skip this step it gives me an error code 0x80190194. I do not know what to do. I really need to be able to access my account on the computer. Ple
