Error code 0x80072f78 downloading movie in Movie & Tv.I have tried reaching out to microsoft support, was able to chat with someone finally, and was told this problem belongs to xbox support, then xbox support is completely unresponsive. I have tried all the troubleshooting methods answered in previous posts and need someone to get into this computer and find the real problem.
