Today on 12/01/2024, Microsoft updated my computer. Afterwards, my desktop background picture vanished. I went to FILE EXPLORER and selected another photo from my inventory located in icloud photos folder (File Explorer). I clicked onto the photo and a download began; however, my task is incomplete due to error code mentioned above. I have asked Google how to use an icloud for windows photo for a Windows desktop background and the steps given do not match my device. I searched Apple to review how to use icloud for windows and since the latest iphone updates of iOS 18.1.1. , what they have on t
