I downloaded an app that is trusted by many people online called snickerstream. I can screen record things from my Nintendo 3DS. But for some reason it is giving me this error code. I wanted to delete it then it gave me the error. So then I used a file shredder but that did not work either. Please help me with this give me an idea this is too risky to be restarting my computer.
