Error code 0x80070005

I am getting this error code: 0x80070005 when trying to download apps from the Microsoft store and games from the Xbox store. I am signed in on the same administrator Microsoft account on Windows and the Microsoft store. I found online that this is a Windows update issue but the Windows update troubleshooter did not help. What else should I try?
