I got this issue a few months before. I was trying to install an app from the Microsoft Store but it gave me this error 0x80070005. I didn't really care about it much at the time because I often don't install apps from the store. But recently I bought a game and it was not installing, it was giving the same error code. I was installing it through the Xbox app. I tried everything using the sfc command, resetting it, reinstalling it, restarting my computer, settings the UAC to default and other solutions but it was not working.
