Error Bad system configuration info

Goodmorning hope everyone's well. Yesterday I got an update on Windows and I got a blue screen saying Stop Code : BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO.I'm not able to go into command prompt either because it ask me for an admin password that I don't remember so I cannot reset it either.
