error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion

I created a service Tomcatt by running this command "sc config Tomcatt binPath= "C:\tomcat74\bin\tomcat9.exe"" but when I try to start it I get this error "error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"I already tried adding Tomcat as a service using nssm by after configuring it correctly in the properties the value of "Path to executable" points to the nssm directory instead of C:\tomcat74\bin\tomcat9.exe as pointed out in the configuration
