Error: 0xC1900101 - 0x30018 - the installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE Can't update windows or use wind

Whenever I attempt to update my windows it gets to 60% and restarts and i get this error. I have attempted to install from ISO and it led to the same error. I also get constant blue screens whenever I shutdown or bootup my pc. I've already attempted all the DISM SFC stuff. Here is a link to my setuperr, setupact, and setupapi.
