error 0xC004F213 wont go away

my PC came with windows 11 i never had windows 10 and its been fine until today where i updated it and now it says its not active and it has error 0xC004F213 and there is an annoying water mark that only goes away for a little while when i restart the pc but then it just comes back later and i cant find a guide that helps me if i click this is a new device it wont work
