Error 0xc0000428 shows no file above error code

I don't know what could have caused this but Windows was basically doing nothing when randomly it restarted and (because I'm dual booting) booted into Linux Mint. I tried going back to Windows but got a BSOD that says this:RecoveryYour PC/Device needs to be repairedThe digital signature for this file can't be verified.Error code: 0xc0000428You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a USB drive or a disc) then please contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manager.Below that gives me two options.
